Instructions: 

• Shake gently.
• Spray 4–8 sprays per foot on arches,
  heels, and calves.
• Massage 30–60 seconds. If a salty/tacky
  feel develops, after 15–20 minutes you
  may wipe or rinse lightly and moisturize.
• Use once daily in the evening, or post-
  activity as desired.
• Patch test before first use. Avoid freshly
  shaved, broken, or irritated skin.

Storage Tips:

• Keep bottle tightly closed, cool, and out of
  direct light.
• Do not top up with tap water.
• Best within 6–9 months after opening
  when properly preserved.

• Arnica: For intact skin only; discontinue if redness/irritation
  occurs. Arnica is in the Asteraceae (daisy) family—avoid if
  allergic.
• Tingle/itch: Common with magnesium chloride; apply to well-
  hydrated skin or reduce frequency.
• Essential-oil sensitivity: Even low frankincense can bother
  some users; discontinue if irritation or headache occurs.
  Children/pregnancy/breastfeeding: Consider EO-free or very
  low-EO versions; consult a clinician if unsure.
