RNR Membership Benefits:

• A monthly membership fee is applied to selected service
• Enrolled members will receive discounted prices on all services and products (except for lab pricing)
• The client is responsible for the remaining balance of the services if there is one 30-day notice is required for cancellation
• Membership credits can be rolled over up to 90 days
• Any rollover credits will be lost with the cancellation of the membership
• Membership credits can only be used for that assigned client
• An additional $15 off will be applied to any additional services received
• within the month
