Instructions: 

• Shake gently.
• Mist 5–10 sprays onto calves, thighs,
  abdomen, or shoulders 30–60 minutes
  before bed.
• Massage until absorbed. If a salty/tacky
  feel appears, after 20 minutes you may
  wipe or rinse lightly and moisturize.
• Start every other night for 1 week, then
  nightly as desired.
• Patch test before first use. Avoid freshly
  shaved, broken, or irritated skin.

Storage Tips:

• Keep bottle tightly closed, stored cool and
  out of direct light.
• Do not top up with tap water.
• Best within 6–9 months after opening
  when properly preserved.

• Allergies: Roman chamomile is Asteraceae—avoid if you have
  daisy-family allergies.
• Scent sensitivity: Ylang ylang is potent—keep aroma low;
  discontinue if irritation or headache occurs.
• Pregnancy/breastfeeding: Use a very low-EO version; many
  prefer to minimize ylang ylang and chamomile—consult a
  clinician if unsure.
• Tingle/itch: Magnesium sprays may tingle; apply to well-
  hydrated skin or dilute concentration if needed.
