  Extract, Alcohol (Ethanol), Aqua (Water).

Instructions: 

• Adult serving (general): 0.5–1 mL (≈ 15–30
  drops) in a little water/tea, up to 2–3×
  daily.
• Acute, short-term use (occasional): 1 mL
  every 2–3 hours for up to 4 doses in a day,
  then return to general use.
• Bitter ritual: Place on tongue, hold 10–20 s,
  then swallow.
• Shake well before use.

Storage Tips:

• Store tightly closed, cool, and away from
  sunlight.
• Typical shelf life (unopened): 3–5 years.
  Best within 24 months of opening.

Caution:

• Adults only. Keep out of reach of children.
• Pregnancy/breastfeeding: Do not use; yarrow has traditional
  emmenagogue effects.
• Allergies: Yarrow is Asteraceae (daisy family)—avoid if you have
  ragweed/mugwort/chamomile allergies.
• Photosensitivity: Rarely, yarrow may increase sun sensitivity in some
  people—use sun protection on exposed skin.
• Medications/conditions:
• May potentiate bleeding—use caution with
  anticoagulants/antiplatelets; stop 2 weeks before surgery.
• If you have gallbladder/bile duct issues, very bitter herbs may be
  uncomfortable—consult a clinician.
• Alcohol content—may impair ability to drive or operate machinery.
• Stop use if you experience rash, unusual bleeding, dizziness, or GI
  upset.
