Benefits:

Instructions: 

• Shake gently.
• Spray 5–10 sprays onto calves, thighs,
  abdomen, or shoulders 30–60 minutes
  before bed.
• Massage until absorbed. If tacky/tingly,
  after 20 minutes you may wipe or rinse
  lightly and moisturize.
• Start with every other night for 1 week,
  then nightly as desired.
• Patch test before first use. Avoid freshly
  shaved or broken skin.

Storage Tips:

• Store tightly closed, cool, and away from
  direct light.
• Do not contaminate the sprayer with tap
  water.
• Best within 6–9 months after opening
  when preserved; unpreserved versions
  are not recommended for sale.

• External use only. Avoid eyes and mucosa.
• Tingle/itch: Magnesium sprays can tingle—apply to well-
  hydrated skin or dilute with a little water if needed.
• Allergies: Chamomile (Asteraceae). Discontinue if irritation
  occurs.
• Pregnancy/breastfeeding: Many reduce/avoid clary sage and
  keep EO levels very low; consult a clinician.
• Children/respiratory sensitivity: Use very low aroma or EO-
  free versions.
