Description

Benefits:

  1. Cushions and comforts the feel of tender, tight areas (colloidal oatmeal +chamomile).
  2. Calming aromatic halo from lavender with a very gentle warmth from low-ginger.
  3. Magnesium-salt presence (Epsom) for a classic spa-style self-care ritual.
  4. Water-free (as sold) for a short, simple
    INCI and easy storage.

Ingredients:
Matricaria Recutita (Chamomile) Flower
Powder, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender)
Flower Powder, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel
Flour (Colloidal Oatmeal), Zingiber Officinale
(Ginger) Root Powder, Magnesium Sulfate.

Instructions:

  • Mix the paste
  • In a clean bowl, combine 1–2 Tbsp dry powder
with 1–2 Tbsp warm water/tea (or aloe gel).
  • Stir to an oatmeal-like consistency; let stand 3–5
    minutes to thicken.
  • Apply On clean, dry skin (abdomen, hips, outer thighs),
    spread a thin layer (1⁄8–1⁄4 in / 3–6 mm).
  • Cover with a clean cotton cloth or gauze; optionally place a warm (not hot) towel on top.
  • Relax 8–15 minutes (start shorter for sensitive skin).
  • Remove cloth, wipe residue with a damp cloth, and pat dry.
  • Optional: follow with a light neutral body oil and
gentle lymph-style strokes (toward inguinal nodes) for 1–2 minutes.
  • Frequency: 1–3× weekly as desired.
Do not store leftovers. Mix fresh each use; discard any unused hydrated paste.

Storage Place:

  • Dry blend: Keep airtight, cool, dark, and bone-dry.
    Best within 12 months.
  • Hydrated paste: Single-use only—discard after
    the session.
  • Use clean, dry utensils to avoid moisture getting
    into the jar.

Pro Tips:

  • Barrier trick: Rub 1–2 drops of bland oil (e.g., jojoba) on
skin before application to ease clean-up and temper
    spice tingle.
  • Activator choice:
  • Aloe gel → cooler, gentler feel.
  • Castor oil blend → more therapeutic effects
  • Lemon balm tea → softer, calming aroma.
  • Fabric care: Use dark towels/old T-shirts as cover cloths; rinse bowls/utensils promptly (turmeric/tea can stain).
  • Ritual pairing: Hydrate well; after removal, perform light circular belly massage (clockwise) for 60–90 sec and a
    brief walk.

Cautions:

  • External use only. Patch test (inner forearm) 24 hrs before first use.
  • Heat & spice notice: Mustard/cayenne/cinnamon are stimulating—use thin layers and short contact; discontinue if burning or brisk redness persists.
  • Caffeine botanicals (green tea, yerba mate): Topical aroma may feel stimulating; avoid evening use if sensitive to caffeine smells.
  • Photosensitivity & staining: Turmeric and lemon peel can stain light fabrics; protect textiles.
  • Asteraceae: Chamomile is daisy-family—avoid if allergic.
  • Kidney/diuretic concerns: Horsetail & dandelion are traditionally “draining”; if you have kidney issues, edema of unknown cause, or take diuretics, consult a clinician.
  • Medical conditions/medications: If you use anticoagulants, have skin disorders, neuropathy, or significant circulatory issues, seek clinician guidance.
  • Pregnancy/breastfeeding: Use spice/caffeine botanicals cautiously; many prefer a reduced-spice, caffeine-free variant.
  • Do not apply over broken, irritated, or infected skin; avoid face, mucosa, and breasts.
  • No heating pads. Use warm, not hot compresses.
  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease; not FDA evaluated.
