Description

Benefits:

1. Comforting abdominal ritual: creates a
warm, moist environment that
encourages relaxation.

2. Calming botanicals: chamomile &
calendula for a soothed skin feel;
peppermint & fennel for a fresh,
comforting aroma; ginger for cozy
warmth.

3. Mucilage-rich herbs: slippery elm &
marshmallow form a soft, cushiony gel
that feels gentle on skin.

Ingredients:
Matricaria Recutita (Chamomile) Flower
Powder, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root
Powder, Foeniculum Vulgare (Fennel) Seed
Powder, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf
Powder, Ulmus Rubra (Slippery Elm) Bark
Powder, Althaea Officinalis (Marshmallow)
Root Powder, Calendula Officinalis Flower
Powder.

Instructions:

1.Prepare the paste, In a clean bowl, combine 1–2 Tbsp dry blend
with 1–2 Tbsp warm water/tea/castor oil blend
(or aloe gel).

2. Stir to an oatmeal-like consistency; let stand 3–5
minutes to thicken.

3.Apply On clean, dry abdomen, spread a thin layer (1⁄8–1⁄4
in / 3–6 mm) over the stomach area.

4.Cover with a clean cotton cloth; optionally place
a warm (not hot) towel on top.

5.Rest 10–20 minutes breathing slowly (in 4 sec /
out 6–8 sec).

6.Remove, wipe off with a damp cloth, and pat dry.

7.Optional: follow with a light body oil or balm.
Frequency: 1–3× weekly as desired (or short
daily streaks during “tender” periods).
Do not store leftovers. Mix fresh each use and
discard any unused hydrated paste.

Storage Place:
1. Dry blend: Keep airtight, cool, dark, and dry; best
within 12 months.
2. Pre-hydrated paste: Single-use only; discard
after session.
3. Keep all tools and the bowl clean and dry to
avoid moisture getting into the jar.

Pro Tips:

1.Gentle warm-up: Place a warm towel on the
belly for 1–2 minutes before applying for better
comfort.

2.Mess-free layer: Apply a very thin coat of bland
oil (e.g., jojoba) to the skin before the poultice to
ease clean-up.

3.Activator tweaks: Aloe gel = more slip;
chamomile tea = extra calming aroma; water =
simplest.

4.Ritual pairing: Follow with clockwise abdominal
self-massage for 1–2 minutes after removal.

Cautions:
– External use only. Patch test on inner forearm 24 hrs before
first use.

– Allergy notes: Chamomile & calendula are Asteraceae (daisy)
family—avoid if sensitive.

– Children: Avoid strong peppermint near face/chest of young
children; choose a mint-free version if needed.

– Pregnancy/breastfeeding: Use peppermint/ginger aromas
lightly; consult a clinician if unsure.

– Skin status: Do not apply over broken, irritated, or infected
skin; discontinue if redness or burning persists.

– Heat sensitivity: Use warm, not hot compresses; avoid heat if
you have reduced sensation/neuropathy.

Herb sourcing: Slippery elm should be ethically sourced
(some regions protect wild trees).
