Benefits:

  1. Clarifying, deep-clean feel from bentonite
    + activated charcoal.
  2. Comforting warm–fresh sensation
(ginger, a touch of cayenne + mustard)
with a clean herbal aroma (nettle,
    cleavers, dandelion).
  3. Soft, cushiony paste when hydrated—
encourages a slow, mindful rest period
    over target areas.
  4. Water-free (as sold) for simple storage
    and minimal INCI.

Ingredients:
Bentonite, Charcoal Powder (Activated),
Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Powder,
Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root Powder,
Galium Aparine (Cleavers) Herb Powder,
Taraxacum Officinale (Dandelion) Leaf/Root
Powder, Urtica Dioica (Nettle) Leaf Powder,
Capsicum Annuum (Cayenne) Fruit Powder,
Sinapis Alba (Yellow Mustard) Seed Powder.

Instructions:

  • Mix the paste
  • In a clean bowl, add 1–2 Tbsp dry powder.
  • Stir in 1–2 Tbsp warm water/tea/castor oil (or
aloe gel) to an oatmeal-like paste.Let stand 3–5 minutes so clays hydrate and
    herbs swell.
  • Apply On clean, dry skin (e.g.,
    thighs/hips/abdomen/back—avoid face for first
uses), spread a thin layer (1⁄8–1⁄4 in / 3–6 mm).
  • Cover with a clean cotton cloth or gauze;
optionally place a warm (not hot) towel on top.
  • Relax 8–15 minutes (start shorter for sensitive
    skin).
  • Remove cloth, wipe residue with a damp cloth,
    and pat dry.
  • Optional: follow with a light neutral oil or balm.
  • Frequency: 1–3× weekly as desired.
Do not store leftovers. Mix fresh each time and discard any unused hydrated paste.

Storage Place:

  • Dry blend: Keep airtight, cool, dark, and bone-dry.
    Best within 12 months.
  • Keep utensils clean & dry to avoid introducing
    moisture into the jar.
  • Hydrated paste = single-use only (discard after
    session).

Pro Tips:

  • Barrier trick: Rub 1–2 drops of bland oil (e.g.,
jojoba) on skin before application to ease clean-
    up and limit sting.
  • Activator tweaks:
  • Aloe gel → cooler, gentler slip.
  • Castor Oil Blend → more therapeutic effects.
  • Water → most neutral.
  • Fabric care: Use dark towels/old T-shirts as the
    cover cloth.
  • Routine pairing: After removal, hydrate, then a
whisper-thin layer of balm; add gentle lymph-
style strokes (toward groin/axilla) for 1–2minutes.

Cautions:

  • External use only. Patch test (inner forearm) 24 hrs before first use.
  • Heat & spice: Cayenne/mustard are stimulating—use thin layers and
short contact; discontinue if burning or brisk redness persists.
  • Charcoal/turmeric can stain light fabrics, grout, and some plastics—
protect textiles and rinse surfaces promptly.
  • Allergy notes: Mustard is a common food allergen; avoid if sensitive.
Nettle/dandelion may bother those with plant allergies.
  • Skin status: Do not apply over broken, irritated, or infected skin; avoid
mucosa and eyes; wash hands after use.
  • Adsorptive clays: May bind topicals. Wait 1–2 hours before applying
prescription topicals/active serums on the same area.
  • Pregnancy/breastfeeding/children: Use spice botanicals cautiously;
    many prefer a spice-reduced version.
  • Do not use with heating pads; use warm, not hot compresses.
Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease; not FDA
    evaluated.
