Description

Ingredients

  • Tanacetum Parthenium (Feverfew) Aerial
    Parts Extract, Scutellaria Lateriflora (Skullcap)
Aerial Parts Extract, Mentha × Piperita
    (Peppermint) Leaf Extract, Lavandula
    Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Extract,
    Matricaria Recutita (Chamomile) Flower
    Extract, Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Strobile
    Extract, Alcohol (Ethanol), Aqua (Water).

Benefits:

  • Daily calm-clear ritual: Feverfew is
    traditionally used for head tension
routines; skullcap + chamomile + hops
    bring a soothing, “unwind” presence;
peppermint + lavender offer a fresh,
    clarifying aromatic profile.
  • Traditional/folk uses only. Not intended to
diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Instructions:

  • General adult serving (routine support): 1
    mL (≈ 30 drops) 2× daily with water/tea.
  • At first signs (acute use): 1 mL, then 0.5–1
mL every 30–60 min up to 3 doses, not to
    exceed 4 mL/day.
  • Hold on tongue 10–20 sec (bitter ritual),
    then swallow.
  • Consistency matters: Use daily for 4–6
    weeks to evaluate routine support.
  • Shake well before use.

Storage Tips:

  • Keep tightly closed, cool, and away from
    sunlight.
  • Typical shelf life (unopened): 3–5 years.
Best within 24 months of opening.

Caution:

  • Adults only. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Pregnancy/breastfeeding: Do not use (feverfew/hops are commonly avoided;
    chamomile sometimes avoided).
  • Allergies: Chamomile is Asteraceae (daisy family). Feverfew may also cross-react—
    avoid with ragweed/mugwort allergy.Medications/conditions:
  • Anticoagulants/antiplatelets—feverfew may increase bleeding tendency; stop 2
    weeks before surgery.
  • Sedatives/CNS depressants—hops and skullcap can enhance drowsiness; avoid
    driving if affected.
  • Liver considerations—use authentic Scutellaria lateriflora from a reputable source
(historical issues were due to adulteration with germander). Discontinue if jaundice,
dark urine, or unusual fatigue occur.
GERD/bile issues—peppermint can relax the LES and may aggravate reflux in some.
  • Mouth irritation: Feverfew may cause mouth sores—dilute in water if sensitive.
  • Alcohol content—may impair ability to drive or operate machinery.
  • Stop use if you experience rash, unusual bleeding, severe dizziness, or
    new/worsening headache patterns.
  • Not evaluated by the FDA.
