Benefits:

  • Gas & bloat comfort (traditional): Classic
“seed trio” (fennel, anise, dill) with
    peppermint for soothing digestive ease.

    gentle, warming, after-meal feel.
  • Bitter-tonic vibe: Dandelion root
contributes a mild bitter note for the
    traditional before/after-meal ritual.
  • Sweet balance: Licorice lends roundness
    and a smooth finish.

obstruction or acute gallstone colic unless supervised.

    GERD in some.
  • Hormone-sensitive conditions: Fennel/anise are mildly
