Instructions:

  • Mix the paste
  • In a clean bowl, combine 1–2 Tbsp dry powder
    with 1–2 Tbsp warm water/tea (or aloe gel).
  • Stir to an oatmeal-like consistency; let stand 3–5
    minutes to thicken and mellow aromatics.
  • Apply (arches & heels) On clean, dry feet, spread a thin layer (1⁄8–1⁄4 in /
    3–6 mm) over the plantar fascia line (heel →
    arch).
  • Cover with clean cotton/gauze; optionally add a
    warm (not hot) towel on top.
  • Relax 10–15 minutes (start shorter for sensitive
    skin).
  • Remove cloth, wipe with a damp cloth, and pat
    dry.
  • Optional: follow with a light foot oil or salve, then
    put on clean cotton socks for 20–60 minutes.
  • Frequency: 1–3× weekly as desired; during flare
    days, short daily sessions for 2–3 days can be
    comforting.
  • Do not store leftovers. Mix fresh per use; discard
    unused hydrated paste.

  • Dry blend: Keep airtight, cool, dark, and bone-dry.
