Instructions:
- Daytime routine: 1 mL (≈ 30 drops) in a
little water/tea 1–2× daily, preferably
morning and/or early afternoon. - Pre-meal option: Take 15–20 minutes

primer. - Caffeine note: Each serving contains
naturally occurring caffeine (from green
tea/yerba mate). Avoid within 6 hours of
bedtime. - Shake well before use. For alcohol
sensitivity, add dose to hot water/tea and
wait 2–3 minutes.
