warmth balanced by peppermint’s fresh
cool). - Cushiony gel texture from marshmallow +
plantain that feels gentle on skin. - Soothing botanicals (calendula; arnica for
post-activity comfort on intact skin). - Water-free as sold for simple storage and
short, clean INCI.
Ingredients:
Arnica Montana Flower Powder, Curcuma
Longa (Turmeric) Root Powder, Mentha
Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Powder, Zingiber
Officinale (Ginger) Root Powder, Althaea
Officinalis (Marshmallow) Root Powder,
Plantago Major (Plantain) Leaf Powder,
Calendula Officinalis Flower Powder,
Magnesium Hydroxide.
Instructions:
- Mix the paste
- In a clean bowl, combine 1–2 Tbsp dry powder
with 1–2 Tbsp warm water/tea (or aloe gel). - Stir to an oatmeal-like consistency; let stand 3–5
minutes to thicken and mellow aromatics. - Apply (arches & heels) On clean, dry feet, spread a thin layer (1⁄8–1⁄4 in /
3–6 mm) over the plantar fascia line (heel →
arch). - Cover with clean cotton/gauze; optionally add a
warm (not hot) towel on top. - Relax 10–15 minutes (start shorter for sensitive
skin). - Remove cloth, wipe with a damp cloth, and pat
dry. - Optional: follow with a light foot oil or salve, then
put on clean cotton socks for 20–60 minutes. - Frequency: 1–3× weekly as desired; during flare
days, short daily sessions for 2–3 days can be
comforting. - Do not store leftovers. Mix fresh per use; discard
unused hydrated paste.
Storage Place:
- Dry blend: Keep airtight, cool, dark, and bone-dry.
Best within 12 months. - Hydrated paste: Single-use only—discard after
the session. - Use clean, dry utensils to avoid moisture getting
into the jar.
Pro Tips:
- Barrier trick: Rub 1–2 drops of jojoba on skin
before application to ease clean-up and temper
warmth. - Activator choices:
- Aloe gel → cooler, gentler slip.
- Castor oil → more therapeutic effects.
- Sock occlusion: After removal, a thin layer of
oil/salve + cotton socks for 20–60 min boosts
softness. - Stretch pairing: Follow with calf stretch (30–45
sec), toe curls, and a cork-ball roll (30–60 sec).
Cautions:
- External use only. Patch test (inner forearm) 24 hrs before first use.
- Arnica: Do not use on broken/irritated skin.
- Warming spices: Ginger/turmeric may feel toasty—use thin layers;
discontinue if burning or brisk redness persists. - Peppermint/mints: Keep away from eyes/mucosa; may feel intense for
scent-sensitive users. - Asteraceae: Calendula is daisy-family—avoid if allergic.
- Neuropathy/diabetes/poor circulation: Reduced sensation increases
risk—consult a clinician; inspect feet daily. - No heating pads. Use warm, not hot compresses.
- Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease; not FDA
evaluated.
