with 1–2 Tbsp warm water/tea (or aloe gel). - Stir to an oatmeal-like consistency; let stand 3–5
minutes to thicken. - Apply On clean, dry skin of the lower abdomen (or low
back), spread a thin layer (1⁄8–1⁄4 in / 3–6 mm). - Cover with a clean cotton cloth or gauze;
optionally place a warm (not hot) towel on top. - Rest 10–20 minutes with slow breathing (in 4 sec / out 6–8 sec).

discard any unused hydrated paste.
Storage Place:
- Dry blend: Keep airtight, cool, dark, and bone-dry.
Best within 12 months. - Hydrated paste: Single-use only—discard after
the session. - Use clean, dry utensils to avoid moisture getting
into the jar.
Pro Tips:
- Barrier trick: Rub 1–2 drops of bland oil (e.g., jojoba) on skin before applying to ease clean-up and reduce potential sting from ginger.
- Activator choice:
- Aloe gel → cooler, gentler slip.
- Castor Oil Blend → extra therapeutic effectives.
- Water → most neutral.
- Follow-up ritual: After removal, apply a whisper-
thin layer of balm and do gentle belly circles (clockwise) for 1–2 minutes. - “Do not store hydrated paste” and “Patch test
before use.”
Cautions:
- External use only. Patch test (inner forearm) 24 hrs before first use.
- Asteraceae family: Chamomile and yarrow are daisy-family—avoid if
allergic. - Peppermint aroma can feel strong for some; keep contact time short if
sensitive. - Skin status: Do not apply over broken, irritated, or infected skin.
- Heat: Use warm, not hot compresses; do not use with a heating pad.

support; if trying to conceive or pregnant, consult a clinician before
