Ingredients:
Calendula Officinalis Flower Powder,
Symphytum Officinale Leaf Powder, Plantago
Major Leaf Powder, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel
Flour (Colloidal Oatmeal), Matricaria Recutita
(Chamomile) Flower Powder, Lavandula
Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Powder,
Achillea Millefolium (Yarrow) Powder.
Instructions:
1.Mix the paste
2. In a clean bowl, combine 1–2 Tbsp dry blend
with 1–2 Tbsp warm water/tea (or aloe gel).
Stir to an oatmeal-like paste; let stand 3–5
minutes to thicken.
3. Apply On clean, dry skin, spread a thin layer (1⁄8–1⁄4 in /
3–6 mm) over the area.
4. Cover with a clean cotton cloth or gauze.
5.Optionally place a warm (not hot) towel on top.
6.Rest 10–20 minutes breathing slowly.
7.Remove cloth, wipe residue with a damp cloth,
and pat dry.
8.Optionally follow with a bland oil/balm to seal
(e.g., jojoba or unscented salve).
9.Frequency: 1–3× weekly as desired; during
“tender” spells, short daily streaks for 2–3 days
can be comforting.
10. Do not store leftovers. Mix fresh each time and discard any unused hydrated paste.
Storage Place:
- Dry blend: Keep airtight, cool, dark, and bone-dry.
Best within 12 months. - Hydrated paste: Single-use only—discard after
the session. - Use clean, dry utensils to avoid introducing
moisture into the jar.

- Mess-free barrier: Rub a drop of jojoba over the
area before applying to ease clean-up. - Activators:
- Aloe gel = more slip & cooling feel.
- Castor Oil Blend = extra therapeutic benefits.
- Chamomile tea = extra calming aroma.
- Water = simplest, most neutral.
- Post-poultice seal: After removal, press a
whisper-thin layer of unscented balm to lock in

avoid if allergic. - Yarrow: May increase photosensitivity in some—keep treated
skin covered from sun for 12 hours after use. - Do not apply over open, weeping, or infected skin.
