Instruction:Â
- Â Slowly add warm water (or a mix of warm water and a small amount of apple cider vinegar) until the mixture becomes a thick paste.Â
- Spread the paste onto the center of a clean cloth. Fold the edges around the paste to create a compact poultice.
- Place the poultice on the upper chest, directly over the lung area. Cover with a towel and, if desired, place a warm compress or heating pad over it for extra warmth.
- Leave On for 15-20 Minutes:
- Remove the poultice and rinse the chest area with warm water. Pat dry.
- This poultice can be applied once a day during colds or respiratory congestion.
