• Mentha × Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Extract,
  Cinnamomum Verum (Ceylon Cinnamon)
  Bark Extract, Alcohol (Ethanol), Aqua (Water).

Instructions: 

• Adult serving: 0.5–1 mL (≈ 15–30 drops) in
  a little water or tea, up to 3× daily.
• When to take: After meals for a fresh
  finish or before tasks for a minty lift.
• Flavor tip: Excellent in warm (not boiling)
  water or caffeine-free herbal tea.
  Shake well before use.
• Alcohol-sensitive? Add your dose to hot
  water/tea and let stand 2–3 minutes to
  soften alcohol bite.

Storage Tips:

• Keep tightly closed, cool, and out of direct
  sunlight.
• Typical shelf life (unopened): 3–5 years.
  Best within 24 months of opening.

• Reflux/hiatal hernia/GERD: Peppermint may relax the lower
  esophageal sphincter and can worsen reflux—avoid if it
  aggravates symptoms.
• Bile/gallbladder sensitivity: Mint can occasionally be
  uncomfortable—stop if cramping occurs.
• Medications & conditions (cinnamon): Choose Ceylon
  cinnamon. Use caution with anticoagulants/antiplatelets;
  discontinue and seek care if unusual bleeding occurs.
• Allergies: Mint family sensitivities possible.
• Pregnancy/breastfeeding: Avoid concentrated tinctures
  unless advised by a qualified clinician.
• Surgery: Stop 2 weeks before elective procedures if advised.
• Alcohol content may not be appropriate for everyone. Do not
  drive/operate machinery if affected.
• Stop use if you notice rash, mouth/throat irritation,
  palpitations, dizziness, or persistent GI discomfort.
