Description
Ingredients:
- Magnesium Sulfate, Magnesium Chloride, Sodium
Bicarbonate, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Flour,
Calendula Officinalis Flower, Melissa Officinalis
(Lemon Balm) Leaf, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba)
Seed Oil, Polysorbate-80.
Benefits:
- Mineral comfort ritual: Epsom + magnesium
chloride support the classic “soak and exhale”
experience after long days. - Soft, cushioned water feel: Colloidal oatmeal
lends a silky bath sensation that feels gentle on
skin. - Botanical calm: Calendula and lemon balm
contribute a soothing, herbaceous bath
atmosphere. - Water dispersibility: Polysorbate-80 helps
evenly disperse the light jojoba for a cleaner tub
experience.
Instruction:
- Full-body bath
- Fill tub with warm (not hot) water.
- Add 1⁄2–1 cup soak blend under running
water; swirl to disperse. - Soak 10–20 minutes, breathe slowly.
Rinse skin and tub lightly; pat dry.
Foot/leg basin soak - Add 2–4 Tbsp to a warm basin; soak 10–
15 minutes. - Frequency: 2–5× per week as desired for
your routine, or as advised by your
clinician. - If you wear compression, many users
prefer to soak in the evening, then
moisturize, elevate for 15–30 minutes, and
don garments once skin is fully dry and
cool.
Storage Tips:
- Keep airtight, cool, and dry; always use a
dry scoop.
Best within 12–18 months for peak
aroma/feel.
Break up any humidity clumps gently
before use.
Caution:
- External use only. Do not ingest. Avoid eyes/mucosa. Tub may be
slippery—use caution.
Temperature: Choose warm, not hot water; prolonged hot soaks can
aggravate swelling or lightheadedness.
Skin status: Do not use on broken, weeping, or infected skin.
Asteraceae allergy: Calendula is daisy-family—avoid if allergic.
Medical considerations: Lymphedema/edema require medical
management. Seek clinician guidance and avoid soaking during acute
infection (cellulitis), fever, new/worsening swelling, uncontrolled
heart/kidney disease, or suspected DVT.
Fragrance sensitivity: This blend is herb-forward and EO-free;
discontinue if redness/itching occurs.
Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease; not FDA
evaluated.
