Instructions:

before bed. - Shake well. For alcohol sensitivity, add

bleeding tendency; use caution with warfarin, DOACs, antiplatelets,
high-dose NSAIDs; stop 2 weeks before surgery if advised. - Blood sugar meds: Cinnamon/ginger can influence glucose—monitor if
on diabetes meds/insulin. - Allergies: Mint family sensitivity (lemon balm).
- Pregnancy/breastfeeding: Avoid concentrated tinctures of
ashwagandha and astralagus unless directed by a qualified clinician;
elderberry safety in pregnancy is not established.
GERD/bile issues: Ginger/cinnamon may aggravate reflux in some;
