Adaptogenic tone: Maca + ashwagandha contribute steady-energy, stress-
resilience vibes. - Classic women’s tonic: Dong quai + red
clover appear in many traditional
perimenopause formulas. - Digestive & warming finish: Ginger
softens the profile; licorice adds
roundness and a smooth mouthfeel. - Traditional/folk uses only. This product is
not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or
prevent disease.
Instructions:
- General adult serving: 1 mL (≈ 30 drops) in

best in the morning on a light stomach;
keep the second serving with lunch (avoid
close to bedtime if stimulating). - Consistency: Use daily for 6–8 weeks,
then reassess with your clinician. - Shake well. If alcohol sensitive, add the
dose to hot water/tea and wait 2–3
minutes.

- Keep tightly closed, cool, and away from
sunlight. - If sweetened with honey, maintain
finished alcohol ≥25% v/v for stability. - Shelf life (unsweetened): typically 3–5

raise blood pressure, lower potassium, and interact with diuretics,
corticosteroids, digoxin—avoid if hypertensive or on these meds. - Bleeding risk: Dong quai may increase bleeding tendency—use caution
with anticoagulants/antiplatelets; stop 2 weeks before surgery. - Thyroid/autoimmune meds: Ashwagandha may affect thyroid markers
and immune activity—consult your clinician. - GI/GERD: Ginger is generally soothing but can be warming;
discontinue if it aggravates reflux. - Allergies: Legume sensitivity (red clover).
