Instructions: 

• General adult serving: 1 mL (≈ 30 drops) in
  a little water/tea, 2× daily with meals.

  sparkling water.
• Shake well before use.

  diagnosed heart condition.
• Surgery/bleeding: Stop 2 weeks before surgery.
  Allergies: Linden (Tilia) or rose family sensitivities—discontinue if
  reaction occurs.
• Kidney stone history: Rosehips can be high in oxalates—use cautiously
  if you have oxalate stones.
• Autoimmune considerations: Elderberry is stimulating for some;
  consult your clinician if you have autoimmune conditions.
• Pregnancy/breastfeeding: Avoid concentrated tinctures unless
  advised by a qualified clinician.
• Alcohol content: May not be suitable for everyone. Do not
  drive/operate machinery if affected.
