Ingredients:

• Yellow Dock Root
• Dandelion Root
• Dandelion Leaf
• Licorice Root
• Fennel Seed
• Spearmint Leaf
• Senna
• Ginger
• Cascara Sagrada
• Psyllium Seed

Benefits:

• Alleviates gastrointestinal distress, including:
  • Nausea
  • Bloating
  • Gas
  • Cramping

• Eases pain and discomfort
• Aids the body’s natural detoxification processes
• Alleviates symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and constipation

Instructions: 

• For occasional use (Senna+Cascara are quite powerful and create dependencies when used too often)
• 1 to 2 tablespoon of herbs per cup (8 oz of hot water)
• May add honey and/or Stevia (for sweetness)
• Heat + simmer for 20-30 mins
• Optional-add 1 teaspoon Lemon juice (for added digestive benefits)

Storage Tips:

• Store in a cool dry environment, away from direct sunlight
• Keep airtight lid on when not in use

Caution:

• Dandelion-Should not be combined w/prescription diuretics. Not recommended for individuals with Gallstones or Biliary Tract obstructions.
• Licorice Root-Should not be used during pregnancy, nor by individuals diabetes, glaucoma, heart disease, high blood pressure, severe menstrual problems, or history of stroke.
• Ginger-Not recommended for individuals who take anticoagulants or have gallstones. Not recommended for extended use during pregnancy.
• Senna-Not recommended if an individual has diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain.
• Consult a physician before using if pregnant/nursing, or taking medication. Discontinue if you develop persistent diarrhea.
