Instructions:
- Drink up to 3 Cups a day
- 1 to 2 tablespoon of herbs per cup (8 oz of hot water)
- May add honey and/or Stevia (for sweetness)
- Heat + simmer for 20-30 mins
- Optional-add 1 teaspoon Lemon juice (for added digestive benefits)
Storage Tips:

Caution:
- Dandelion-Should not be combined w/prescription diuretics. Not recommended for individuals with Gallstones or Biliary Tract obstructions.
- Fenugreek-Do not use if taking a blood thinner or hormone-sensitive cancer treatment
- Licorice Root-Should not be used during pregnancy, nor by individuals diabetes, glaucoma, heart disease, high blood pressure, severe menstrual problems, or history of stroke.
- Peppermint-May interfere with iron absorption. Should not be used by pregnant or nursing women.
