Clean Essence (Herbal Detoxifying Poultice)

Instruction: 

•  Add the apple cider vinegar and a small amount of warm water (about 1 tablespoon to start) to the dry ingredients. Stir to form a thick, spreadable paste. Add more water if needed to get the right consistency.
• Spread the paste onto a clean cloth or gauze. Place the cloth with the paste directly on the area you want to detoxify, such as the chest, back, or feet.
• Wrap the poultice with an additional layer of cloth or plastic wrap to keep it in place and prevent it from drying out too quickly. You can use a heating pad or hot water bottle on top of the poultice to enhance the detoxification effects.
• Leave the poultice on for 20-30 minutes. 
• Remove the poultice and wash the area with warm water to remove any residue.
